Eric Hjerstedt Sharp

I am currently a blogger for North Word North, Eco-Logic and other blogs, I'm a freelance writer from Iron River, Wis. I occassional write for the Reader in Duluth. I've also written stories for The Rocky Mountain News in Denver, Bloomsbury Review, Colorado North Review, and other publications. I was recently a staff writer for the Daily Globe in Ironwood, Mich., the Bayfield County Journal, The Tall Timber Telegraph and the Lake Superior Sounder. I'm a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, recently finished a graduate class at Harvard University Extension. I am a percussionist and drummer with an interest in world beat and the spoken word.
