I've also written stories for The Rocky Mountain News in Denver, Bloomsbury Review, Colorado North Review, and other publications. I was recently a staff writer for the Daily Globe in Ironwood, Mich., the Bayfield County Journal, The Tall Timber Telegraph and the Lake Superior Sounder. I'm a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, recently finished a graduate class at Harvard University Extension. I am a percussionist and drummer with an interest in world beat and the spoken word.
